Our Free shipping policy is applicable to residential customers only.
Any small commercial equipment being delivered for installation by Comfort 1 Group or its affiliates will be charged an additional $150.00 and delivered curbside. Please note that our free sipping policy is only applicable to our customers within our serviceable area. Equipment will not be distributed or shipped outside of our service territories unless discussed or negotiated otherwise.
When your equipment arrives.
Upon arrival of your equipment, please take time to inspect your purchase. Look for any and all damage...Check your delivery receipt to make sure you have the proper count for all items that were purchased. If any missing or damaged items are noted, please call Customer Support directly. It must be reported within a 48 hour period or Comfort 1 Group has the right to revert your claim. Any closed or boxed items found to be damaged or defective will be replaced upon review.
Upon inspection you come to the conclusion that all items are there and in good order, Sign the delivery receipt and let’s get you installed!
Any items received to customer that were found not part of their original order must be returned on the discovery of noted receipt. Please note. Customer is responsible to check and identify all products being received are of a proper count and being delivered in satisfactory condition.
Missing or damaged equipment.
If you come to find out you are missing or view damaged equipment please call Customer Support immediately. It is ultimately up to the customer (you) to call us and make us aware so we may remit proper credit for damaged or defective items.
